How do I know if my insurance will cover therapy services?

Each insurance provider is different. I am currently contracted with the following insurance companies- Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Healthcare Management Administrators, Kaiser (Out-of-Network), PacificSource, Premera Blue Cross, Regence and, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH. Do you accept insurance for couples therapy?

I currently accept insurance for individual clients though I do have a limited capacity for insurance based clients. At this point I am not able to accept insurance for couples given the complexity of insurance needs for couples. What if I can not afford services?

My goal is to remain accessible to clients if I am the right fit for you so I do offer a sliding fee scale as well as payment arrangements. Please keep in mind this is based on needs and I have limited spots available.
